Interstellar opens in Santa Monica

Korean American cafe Interstellar is one of our favorite brunch spots near Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, an area we usually keep a two-mile distance from unless REI is having a sale. Which is exactly why we're excited about the new dinner service Interstellar just launched inside their newly remodeled, edgy, dark, concrete-walled dining space. On the menu: shochu cocktails, black truffle kimchi fried rice, and lobster rolls topped with nuoc nam and sambal butter.
