These two stars represent our two cultures, American and Korean. Who we identify as, resides in that space in between. We embrace the idea of America as a cultural melting pot and aim to create a comfortable space with food, wine, and coffee that is free from being bound to one type of cuisine.

OUR STORY
Growing up Korean American caught between two different cultures, we always had a desire for a comfortable space. A space where we could embrace both cultures rather than feel the need to pick between them.
The beautiful thing about America is that we aren't alone in this, so many people come from a melting pot of cultural influence and we wanted to create this space not just for ourselves, but for anyone who desired it. For us food and drink always created a comfort and bridge between people, which is why we have created Interstellar, a place for coffee, food, wine, and cultural embrace.
